Call feedback

  1. Navigate to the "Call feedback" section from the main menu

  2. You can now view full training calls, export them as transcriptions, and get detailed analysis of the call

  3. Filter by team member to see their specific training history

View Ai Call feedback and analysis

  1. Click "View analysis"

  2. View the Ai call score rating for that specific training call and read the detailed feedback for improvement
