Kendo Ai Features

Creating an Account

  1. Navigate to kendo.ai

  2. Click on the "Sign Up" or "Start Free Trial" button

  3. Fill in your details:

    • Full name

    • Work email address

    • Company name

    • Password

  4. Verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox

  5. Complete your profile setup with additional information about your sales role and industry

Dashboard Overview

After logging in, you'll be directed to your dashboard which provides a quick overview of:

  • Recent training sessions

  • Performance metrics

  • Team activity (for managers)


Custom Ai prospect creation

  1. Create fully custom prospects for any sales vertical, sales cycle, price tag, or call type (cold call, demo, closing call etc)

  2. List common objections and fears your team faces on regular sales calls

  3. Decide what skills to practice against the Ai

  4. Replay calls and get feedback on training sessions


Team Management

Adding Team Members

To add your team in Kendo.ai:

  1. Navigate to the "Team" section

  2. Click "Add Member"

  3. Enter the team member's email address

  4. Select their role (admin, manager, sales rep)

  5. An invitation will be sent automatically

Monitoring Team Progress

Track how your team is performing:

  1. View individual and team performance metrics

  2. Compare performance against targets

  3. Identify skill gaps and improvement areas

  4. Set daily training times for your team

  5. Schedule review sessions based on performance data


Performance Metrics

Kendo.ai tracks various performance indicators:

  • Conversation success rate

  • Objection handling effectiveness

  • Key message delivery

  • Question quality and frequency

  • Active listening indicators
