Creating Ai Prospects

Creating a New Ai Prospect

  1. Navigate to the "Sales training" section from the main menu

  2. Click "Create New Prospect" and decide if this Ai prospect is in B2B or B2C

Provide a name and age for your prospect (e.g., "John, 32") & Select the industry and company position that best matches your needs

  1. Company position affects the Ai's ability to make buying decision or if you need to set a follow up call

  2. B2B calls are more sophisticated and reflect real world business sales calls while B2C calls are more geared towards consumers for things like Infoproducts, insurance, real estate, etc

To make your Ai prospect more realistic:

  1. Add your offer details: What it is, how much is it, what problems it solves, and your target customer profile

  2. List pain points and challenges you typically face on real sales calls

  3. Common objections your team encounters

Adding common objections and fear:

  1. Select from the library of common objections or create custom ones

  2. Configure multiple objections (fear, partner, price)

  3. Add specific product or pricing objections relevant to your offerings

Selecting the type of sales call used for training

Select if this is a closing call, a product demo, a cold call or custom objective

  1. Each call type makes the Ai act differently

  2. Decide what feedback you want from our Ai sales analysis post call, this should be feedback on whatever the goal of training is (Objections, demo, etc)

  3. Select a voice for the Ai prospect

  4. Click "Create Agent" to finish configuration

Your Ai prospect is now created and you can browse them from the sales training menu
